News India Live, Digital Desk: Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani are going to come together again for a new biopic based on the life of ‘Dadasaheb Phalke’ Dadasaheb Phalke. Dadasaheb Phalke’s grandson Chandrashekhar Pusalkar reacted to the construction of the biopic. The shooting of the film is scheduled to begin in October 2025 and Aamir will start preparing for his role soon after the release of his much awaited film ‘Stars Zameen Par’.

Talking about the biopic, Chandrashekhar Pusalkar said, “We are thrilled that Aamir Khan and Raju Hirani Dadasaheb are making a biopic on Phalke, which was very much needed.”
When asked if he knew about the biopic being made on Dadasaheb Phalke, he said, “I did not know, but the people of Raju Hirani’s team met him. He further said that Assistant Producer, MR Hindukush Bhardwaj was in contact for the last three years, and he allowed him after watching his deep study on the subject.
