Mumbai: According to the reports from the India Meteorological Department (IMD), this week temperatures are anticipated to vary from 26 degrees Celsius to 34 degrees Celsius, along with cloudy skies and precipitation for several days. Mumbai Climate Today

On May 15, the IMD predicted that the weather would be partly cloudy and a bit humid throughout the day. IMD forecasts moderate rainfall and thunderstorms in Mumbai. Although the climate resembles rain, there will be no escape from the humidity. A bit of relief from intense sunlight will be noted because of cloudy skies.

Mumbai Rain Forecast

Reports suggest that just a small number of locations in the city have experienced moderate rainfall. The atypical rainfall, referred to as pre-monsoon, has helped Mumbai to reduce the harsher humidity experienced in the preceding months. This relief from the heat through light rain and thunderstorms has continued into the third week of May. Today, the IMD has predicted the likelihood of rain accompanied by thunderstorms.

On May 15, temperatures are rising today to 31 degrees Celsius, while humidity stays low at 70%, and the wind is blowing at 3 km/h by 9 AM today. Reports from the weather department show that the minimum and maximum temperatures fluctuate between 26 degrees Celsius and 34 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Forecast for Tomorrow’s Weather

According to recent weather reports from the IMD, temperatures are predicted to be between 26 degrees Celsius and 33 degrees Celsius on May 16. IMD predicts that May 16 will experience overcast conditions, much like today. The weather forecast suggests that rain or thundershowers may happen in the evening or night, while daytime conditions will prevail.

Mumbai Air Quality Index Today

As per the Air Quality Index (AQI) report from the Sameer App by the Central Pollution Control Bureau (CPCB), today’s AQI readings are at 88, categorized as ‘Satisfactory’ levels. The AQI Levels have observed steep drop.
