New Delhi: The Supreme Court has ordered the seizure of Rs 10 lakh. Justices of Supreme Court Suryakant and N. A bench of Justice Kotishwar Singh said on Tuesday that the allegations of current terrorist funding against Delhi -based industrialist Harpreet Singh Talwar alias Kabir Talwar are immature and are based on just speculation.
