Cucumber
Rice flour
Wet coconut
Semolina
Jaggery
cardamom powder
Green chilly
Curry leaf
A piece of ginger
Action:
To make cucumber bread, first wash the cucumber and grind them finely with grated.
Then add ginger, coriander, jaggery powder, coconut semolina, salt etc. and mix well. When the jaggery melts completely, add other ingredients to it.
Then add rice flour and mix the mixture well. Keep the prepared dough separate for 30 minutes.
