Elvish Yadav shocks from Allahabad High Court: The Allahabad High Court has given a major blow to YouTuber Elvish Yadav. In fact, the Allahabad High Court has dismissed Elvish Yadav’s petition. Elvish lodged a complaint in a case related to drugs and snake poison at a rave party in Noida. In the petition, Elvish requested the court to cancel the charge sheet and summons filed against him.

A bench of Justice Saurabh Srivastava dismissed Elvish Yadav’s application and said that the statements against him were lodged in both FIR and the charge sheet. The judge said that the veracity of these allegations would be investigated during the case. The court also said that Elvish has not challenged the FIR in its petition.

Elvish Yadav’s legal team gave this argument

Senior Advocate Naveen Sinha, Advocate Nipun Singh and Advocate Naman Aggarwal argued that the person registering an FIR is not legally authorized under the Wildlife Protection Act. It was also argued that Elvish Yadav was not present in the party where the alleged incident took place. Along with this, the lawyers said that no snake poison or drugs were found from Elvish.

On the other hand, opposition advocate Manish Goyal argued that the investigation revealed that Elvis was supplying snakes to those who got snake poison. However, after hearing both sides, the High Court dismissed Elvis’s petition and said that the trial court should decide on the matter.
