Earlier, the Shrimandir administration had questioned him for about one and a half hours.
Holy wood dispute of Jagannath Temple
The Jagannath temple in Digha has already sparked controversy over the use of holy wood. It has been alleged that the holy neem wood was brought to Dighat from the temple complex in Puri. Arvind Padhi, the chief administrator of Shri Jagannath Temple Administration, said, “The Dayitapati servant was accused. He was accused of dissolving discipline. I himself investigated the case. Under the Shri Jagannath Temple Act, this servant has been suspended for a month under the Shri Jagannath Temple Act. We will not tolerate any chaos in the Jagannath temple of Puri.”
