Deepak Kesari, a member of ward number 7, has alleged that a work of Rs 164 lakh was done six months ago. The subsequent renovation is estimated to cost only 25 to 30 lakh rupees. However, an expenditure of Rs 1 crore 65 lakh has been shown. In this regard, Deepak Kesari has submitted a written memorandum to the District Collector demanding a vigilance investigation. Deepak Kesari has also threatened to quit politics if corruption is not proved.
