It is mostly made from potatoes or bananas, but today we are going to tell you the easy way to make crisp and delicious chips from brinjal. Brinjal is a vegetable that most children do not like to eat, but it contains potassium, fiber and antioxidants which are beneficial for our health. Therefore, if your family members do not like to eat eggplant, you can make delicious and crisp chips from it. So let’s learn about the ingredients and steps required for this.

Material

  • Half a kilo brinjal
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • red chilli

 

Action

  • To make brinjal chips, first wash and clean the brinjal thoroughly. Now cut the brinjal into thin and round shape.
  • Now spread the chopped brinjal in a plate and apply oil on it.
  • After applying oil, sprinkle salt and pepper on the brinjal pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and keep separate for 5 minutes.
  • Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Now put the brinjal in oil.
  • To make the chips crisp, fry them for 5 minutes and fry them until they become light brown.
  • In this way your crispy brinjal chips are ready, take out the prepared chips in a plate.
  • If you want, you can also air these chips.
  • Serve prepared chips with sauce or your favorite dip.
