Try to spend limited time on social media or news platforms. Watch videos or articles that inspire you and provide mental peace. Meditation, yoga and mild exercise are very beneficial in keeping the mind calm. If you feel that it is affecting you too much, it is important to seek help from a doctor. The war is not only fought on the battlefield, but it also affects our mind and thoughts. It is important that we protect ourselves from the psychological effects of this digital war and prioritize our mental health. Because strong mind is the biggest strength.
