Material:

  • Tomato
  • Salt
  • Green chilly
  • Gram flour
  • red chilli
  • cumin powder
  • Oil
  • Onion

Action:

  • To make tomato omelette, first chop onion and tomatoes and finely chop it.
  • Then take gram flour in a big bowl, add finely chopped onion, tomatoes and salt as per taste and mix.
  • After mixing, add red chili powder, finely chopped green chillies, cumin powder and turmeric and mix.
  • Add water to the dough ready to make a thick mixture. Do not add too much water.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, pour the prepared mixture roundly and fry till it thickens from both sides. This will make the omelette crisp.
