News India Live, Digital Desk, Operation Sindoor: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, India has received the response of US President Donald Trump to ‘Operation Sindoor’ in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK). Trump appealed to India and Pakistan to reduce tension and said that the ongoing struggle between the two countries is very worrying.
Trump said, “This situation is very terrible. I have a good relationship with the two countries. I want them to resolve it from the conversation and now stop the struggle immediately. If I can help it, I will definitely do it.”
He further said that there has been a dispute between India and Pakistan for decades and he wants the two countries to stop action against each other. Trump said that they know the leaders of both countries and they hope that this tension will end soon.
Significantly, on April 22, in response to a terrorist attack in the Basaron Valley of Pahalgam, India carried out missile attacks on the targets of terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed in Pakistan and PoK on the night of May 6 and 7. In this action, 10 members of terrorist leader Masood Azhar’s family were killed, on which Masood Azhar said that ‘I wish I would have been killed.’
