New Delhi: Colonel Sophia Qureshi and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh provided detailed information about this military campaign under Operation Sindoor.
Both women officials of the Indian Army explained in detail about the attack on Pakistan and said that the army has destroyed the factories of terror in Pakistan. Lieutenant Colonel Sophia Qureshi of the Indian Army created history by becoming the first woman to lead the Indian Army contingent in the Multinational Military Exercise – Exercise Force 18 held in Pune. 18 countries participated in this war exercise held in Pune from 2 March to 8 March, including ASEAN member countries, Japan, China, Russia, America, South Korea, New Zealand and Australia. Sophia’s grandfather has retired from the army while Sophia is married to a mechanized infantry officer.
Wing Commander Vyomika Singh wanted to join the Indian Air Force since childhood. He is a helicopter pilot in the Indian Air Force. He has a widespread experience of flying in dangerous areas as a pilot of the Indian Air Force. Till date he has experience of flight over two and a half thousand hours. Vyomika has blown helicopters like Cheetah and Chetak in inaccessible areas like Northeast India and Jammu and Kashmir. He has also successfully completed many rescue operations. In November 2020, he led several difficult missions in Arunachal Pradesh and saved people’s lives.
