Mumbai: Indian Idol 12 winner Pawandeep Rajan has been admitted to a hospital in Noida after suffering serious injuries in a car accident.
Pawandeep was returning to Delhi from Uttarakhand, when the driver of his car fainted at around 3 am. Then his car collided with a tanker standing on the highway.
Apart from Pawandeep, his friend Ajay Mehra and driver Rahul Singh were also seriously injured in this accident.
Pawandeep’s feet and ribs led to many fractures. It is being told that there have been serious injuries in his head. Uttarakhand -born Pawandeep’s entire family is associated with Kumaoni folk music. His mother, father and sister are all folk music artists.
