Material:

  • Hapus mango
  • desiccated coconut
  • Sugar
  • cardamom powder
  • Full cream milk

 

Action:

  • To make mango coconut bread, first heat milk in a pan. When milk starts boiling in the pan, keep the flame low.
  • Grind finely by adding a bowl of coconut and milk to a mixer bowl. Put the prepared mixture in the milk and mix.
  • After mixing, add cardamom powder and sugar and keep stirring continuously until it dissolves completely.
  • Finally, add mango pulp and mix well until the mixture thickens.
  • Apply ghee on a large plate and spread the mixture on it. After spreading and cooling, cut the desired pieces with a knife.
  • The tasty mango coconut bread made in a simple way is ready.
