Ramayana First Review: CM Devendra Fadnavis, who was amazed to see Ranbir Kapoor Kapoor-Sai Pallavi’s ‘Ramayana’, said- ‘Our culture will reach the new generation’

News India Live, Digital Desk: Bollywood’s well-known director Nitesh Tiwari is making a big film based on the Indian mythology ‘Ramayana’. The shooting of this film was going on for the last several months, which has been completed recently. In this much awaited film, Lord Ram is played by Ranbir Kapoor and Goddess Sita’s popular actress Sai Pallavi.

Recently, during the ‘Waves Summit 2025’ held in Mumbai, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also visited the shooting of ‘Ramayana Part 1’ and was very impressed to see the quality of the film. Talking to the film’s producer and writer Namit Malhotra during the summit, he said, “I think India is one of the most ancient storytellers in the world. Our art, music, and theatrical tradition is the oldest in the world. Now the time has come to bring our stories to a new generation in modern style.”

Chief Minister Fadnavis further said, “Where you are shooting for ‘Ramayana’, I had visited that location with the Prime Minister. I was surprised to see the scene and the quality of production.

Earlier, after the negative response to Prabhas and Kriti Senon’s film ‘Adipurush’, the expectations of the audience are on this film of Nitesh Tiwari. Makers also want to avoid any controversy with the story of the film. ‘Ramayana Part 1’ will soon be in front of the audience and the audience hopes that the film will successfully deliver India’s cultural heritage to the new generation.
