- Kokum Agal
- Salt
- Coriander
- Green chilly
- cumin powder
- A piece of ginger
- Sugar
- freshly ground black pepper
- Garlic
Action:
- To make a booty kadhi, first soak 6 to 7 common mangoes in a bowl of water. Apart from this, you can also use Kokum Agal.
- Then take a kokum powder in a big bowl, add sugar and salt as per taste and mix well.
- Make a thick paste by mixing garlic, green chillies and finely chopped ginger in a bowl.
