Material:
- Hapus mango
- Sugar
- Saffron sticks
- cardamom powder
Action:
- To make amaras, first add salt to the water and soak the mangoes for some time. This will remove the scum from mangoes.
- Then peel the mangoes and cut it into large pieces. Then take out the juice using a sieve.
- Take the prepared mango paste in a bowl and mix it again. Then add sugar to taste and mix.
- When the sugar is mixed well, add cardamom powder and saffron milk and mix it.
