Locals say that ever since the shop opened, criminal activities have increased, and cases of harassment against women have also gone up.

Despite several complaints and warnings, the authorities did not shut down the shop. As a result, women and children decided to take action themselves.

People from the area say they will not allow the liquor shop to run under any condition. Fearing the crowd’s anger, the shopkeeper ran away from the spot.
