Police said they rushed to the scene after receiving the information. The body was brought down and sent to Central Hospital in Ulhasnagar for post-mortem and other medical procedures. The Hill Line Police have begun investigating the matter.
Anil Jagtap, Senior Police Inspector from Hill Line police station, said, “So far, we have registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR). During the preliminary investigation, it appears that a love affair angle could be behind the incident. However, we are conducting further inquiry.”
