1. Cobra Pose
To do Bhujangasana, lie down on the ground. Keep the palms near the shoulders. Taking a deep breath, slowly lift the chest up and look backwards. Keep in mind, the part of the navel should rise above the ground. Stay in this position for 15 to 20 seconds. Slowly come back to the ground while exhaling. Bhujangasana activates liver cells and improves the digestive system.
2. Half Spinal Twist
Sit on the ground to do this asana. Fold the left leg and bring it to the right leg. Now place the right hand on the ground backwards and bend the body to the right. Stay in this posture for 20 to 30 seconds. This asana activates the nerves of the liver, increases digestive power and helps in extracting toxic substances from the body.
3. Dhanurasan (Bow Pose)
For Dhanurasana, bend your knees by lying on your stomach and hold your ankles with hands. While breathing, raise the body up and bring the body to the shape of a bow. Stop in this situation for a few seconds. This yogasanas put pressure on the digestive organs and improve the functionality of the liver.
4. Kapalbhati Pranayama
Sit up straight to Kapalbhati and close the eyes. Now breathe rapidly from the nose and pull the stomach inward. Regular Kapalbhati for 10-15 minutes daily causes the detoxification of the liver. This pranayama cleanses the blood and is extremely effective in removing toxins from the body.
