  • To make yogurt, the milk has to be heated first. But before putting milk on the stove, add milk powder to it and whisk well. This will thicken milk and make it creamy, remember that there should be no lumps in it.
  • Now cook the milk on the gas until it boils twice. After this, turn off the gas and let the milk cool down.
  • Do not cool milk completely, but when it becomes lukewarm, its temperature should be tolerable to your finger.
  • After this, add a cup of curd and whisk it well.
  • When the mixture starts coming in the mixture, put this solution in an earthen pot or a deep pot.
  • Now cover the pot well with aluminum foil.
  • If you have a hot pot, put the curd vessel in it. Otherwise, turn the pressure cooker lightly and turn off the heat and keep a thick cloth in it.
