North Korea has officially admitted for the first time that it has sent its fighter soldiers to support Russia against Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin thanked North Korea for this help and said that Russia would remember the sacrifice of North Korean soldiers.

The US, South Korea and its allies are worried that North Korea is providing a large amount of traditional weapons to Russia. They suspect that Russia may also provide state-of-the-art weapons and military-economic assistance to North Korea, which may lead to a huge increase in North Korea’s nuclear capacity.
