Material:

  • Gram flour
  • Salt
  • wheat flour
  • Carrot
  • Beetroot
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Green chilly
  • Oil
  • Chili flakes

 

Action:

  • To make the mix vegetable chili, first clean all the vegetables with water and then finely chop.
  • Take gram flour and wheat flour in a big bowl and add salt to taste.
  • Then add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, beetroot and grated carrots to the dough and mix well.
  • After mixing, add chili flax and finely chopped green chili and mix.
  • Make a thick mixture by adding water to the prepared mixture. Do not add too much water.
  • Put oil on a pan and heat it well. Then add the prepared mixture and spread it in a circular shape.
