Additionally, women in which menopause occur late, ie after 55 years of age, they are at greater risk of cancer. In addition, women whose first child is late or not, is at risk of breast cancer.

Apart from this, irregular lifestyle and addiction are also considered to be the cause of cancer. Women who take hormone replacement therapy, especially after menopause, are also at risk of breast cancer. Or, if someone has ever had breast cancer before, then there is more chances of getting breast cancer again in future. To reduce the risk of breast cancer, include nutritious diet, adequate rest and light exercise in your routine. Also, if someone in your family has breast cancer first, then keep your health checked. Regular examination can help in timely diagnosis of breast cancer and reduce the number of women dying of cancer.
