After the Pahalgam terrorist attack, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has decided to ban Pakistani artists from working in India. Amit Sadh, who is busy with the promotions of his movie, Pune Highway, spoke about it in an interview. The actor said that the country comes first.
While talking to ANI, Amit said, “Country comes first. I believe in the government. I believe in the people who are running the country and the decisions that they take. Sometimes, there is no right or wrong in life. So I believe in the government. I believe in the actions they think they have to take for our nation.”
No Release For Abir Gulaal In India?
The first film that is being affected due to Pahalgam terrorist attack is Abir Gulaal. The movie stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in the lead role, and a lot of political parties and film federation bodies have asked for a ban on the movie’s release in India.
Reportedly, Information and Broadcasting ministry sources have stated that the movie won’t be allowed to be released in India. While earlier the audience was waiting for Abir Gulaal, after the terrorist attack, netizens have also been demanding a ban on the film’s release.
Amit Sadh Upcoming Movies
Amit Sadh will next be seen in Pune Highway which also stars Jim Sarbh and Manjari Fadnnis. The movie is directed by Rahul Dacunha and Bugs Bhargava. Amit’s fans will get to watch him on the big screens after a gap of around two years. The actor’s last theatrical release was Sukhee in which he had a cameo.
