Some people keep onions in their pocket while going out – this is also a traditional solution.

To avoid heat stroke in summer, wipe your head or neck with water soaked with water. Also, when you go out, stand at a place where there is shadow. Windows and doors should be kept open for air communication in the house. But when the sun rises in the afternoon, the windows and doors should be closed. And then put wet curtains on the windows and doors of the house so that the house remains cold and the heat does not affect your body.
