
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar’s Tejasvi Deshpande Cracks UPSC In 3rd Attempt, Secures AIR 99 — After 2 Failures, Her Grit Pays Off |
Local lass Tejasvi Deshpande has cracked the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination securing 99th rank. The UPSC civil services results were declared on Tuesday. The candidates from Maharashtra have gained commendable success in it. Tejasvi cracked the examination in her third attempt. Earlier, she could not get success in the preliminary examinations in the first two attempts, but she did not lose hope and continued her studies.
She gained success in her third attempt. She had done her school and college education from Nath Valley School and later went to Delhi. She did her degree in economics from Lady Shriram College. While doing her degree she started preparing for the UPSC examinations as well.
Her father Dr Prasad Deshpande is the head of the psychiatry department in Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) and her mother Dr Gauri Deshpande is a dentist. Relatives, friends and well-wishers are now crowding her house to congratulate her on her success.
