- 6 whole red chili
- Garlic buds 6
- Ginger, water – 3 cups
- Tomato ketchup – 1 cup
- Chinese 1 tbsp
- Chinese cabbage – 400 grams
- Indian cabbage – 400 grams
- Radish 1
- Carrot 4
- Onion – 4
- Salt – 2 tablespoons
- Cold water – 2 liters
- Rice flour – 2 tablespoons
- Soya Sauce-1-2 tablespoons
- Sesame – 2 tablespoons
Action
- For this, first make a paste of red chili. Turn on the gas and pour 3 cups of water in a pan and add whole red chili, some garlic buds, ginger and cook well, when it boils well in the water, put it in the mixer jar
- Along with this, add vinegar – 4 cups, tomato ketchup – ¾ cup and 1 tbsp sugar and make a paste.
- Now in the next phase, cut sugar cabbage, Indian cabbage, radish, carrots and green onion into round shape.
- Now put water in a big pot, add salt to it and add these vegetables. When the water starts boiling, turn off the heat and wash them out of the water and wash them with cold water.
- Then spread it well on a large plate. Remember that the water should dry up.
- Now in the next phase, add red chili paste and white sesame to these vegetables and mix all the things well.
