Two sisters crack upsc exam:Saumya Mishra and Sumedha Mishra, two sisters from Ajaypur village in Asoha block of Unnao district, have brought the name of the entire region to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination 2024. Soumya and Sumedha’s grandfather Akbal Shankar Mishra has retired from the post of ADO in the Panchayat Department. His father Raghavendra Mishra is a Hindi teacher at the Government Sarvodaya College, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. He lives with his wife Renu, son Shashwat and both daughters in Bharpura area of Delhi.
Soumya Mishra has earlier finished second in the UPPCS exam in 2021 and is currently working as SDM in Mirzapur. This time the UPSC exam includes the Hind 18th rank. At the same time, his younger sister Sumedha also secured All India 253rd rank in the Civil Services Examination.
This year, Shakti Dubey of Prayagraj has topped the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Shakti has completed his graduation from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and Masters from Allahabad University. This exam includes Harshita Goyal, Dongre Archit Parag, Shah Margi Chirag, Akash Garg, Komal Punia, Ayushi Bansal, Raj Krishna Jha, Aditya Vikram Aggarwal and Mayank Tripathi in the top 10.
