Material:

  • Hapus mango juice and finely chopped
  • Semolina
  • Sugar
  • cardamom powder
  • Cashew and almond pieces
  • Milk
  • Saffron

 

Action:

  • To make mango puree, first heat ghee in a pan and add semolina to it and fry it. While frying semolina, keep the gas on low flame.
  • When the color of the semolina starts changing slowly, add saffron and add hot milk and cook the semolina well.
  • After cooking the semolina, add sugar to it as required. Do not add any ingredients to it until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • After cooking the rava for 2 to 3 minutes, add mango juice and mix it. After the mango juice is cooked, give a mild steam to the veins present in it.
  • Then add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and roasted dry fruits and mix.
  • Easy mango puree is ready. When serving Veera, put thin pieces of mango on it.
