The Union Minister has shared another video on his X account. This video is also from the manufacturing unit of VVDN Technologies. In this video, the Union Minister shared a glimpse of India’s AI server technology, titled ‘AI Server of India…’ VVDN Technologies in Adipoli. The initiative reminds the Union Minister’s previous post in February, in which he introduced VVDN Technologies’s “designed and manufactured” laptops in India.
This initiative is promoting the design, development and production of electronic products. Apart from this, efforts are being made to make India stronger in the field of technology as well. The Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme has played an important role in this effort by providing financial assistance to companies investing in domestic manufacturing.
In January this year, the government had said that a revenue of Rs 10,000 crore has already been generated before the PLI 2.0 scheme for IT hardware. Since its implementation, 3,900 jobs have been created in just 18 months. The Union Minister said that all these are historical achievements of India. He said that in the first 10 months of FY 2025, the smartphone has emerged as India’s largest export category, which is a big success story under the government’s PLI scheme.
