IPL 2025: Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant was bought by Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) as the highest bidding player in IPL 2025 mega auction for Rs 27 crore. Pant made headlines by becoming the most expensive player of this season in the IPL auction. After KL Rahul’s departure, LSG definitely needed an experienced batsman and a clever captain. Pant has both these qualities and LSG owner Sanjeev Goenka even said that he has the ability to become the best captain of IPL.
