New Delhi : Violence has again erupted in Sudan. Recently, a violent, extremely shocking and human event took place in the Darfur region of Sudan. According to the United Nations, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) military groups launched intense attacks for two consecutive days on the Al-Fashar city of North Darfur and the nearby Zamzam region as well as Abu hobby. It is reported that more than 100 people were killed in these attacks. It is being told that 20 children are also included in the dead.

Attack on innocent people

According to the United Nations Resident and Coordinator Clementi Enchemist in Sudan, it started on Friday. Nine help workers have also been killed in these attacks. This expresses deep resentment over attacks on innocent people living in camps. According to the information received, these attacks have been carried out in Sudan’s backdrop for two years of ongoing civil war. There has been a fierce clash between the army and the RSF at this place.

 

Six medical workers were also killed in the attack.

According to the Sudani Doctors Union, six medical workers have been killed in an attack on his hospital at Zamzam camp. These included Dr. Mahmud Babakar Idris and Adam Babakar Abdullah, Regional Heads of Relief International. The responsibility of this inhuman attack has been directly put on the RSF.

More than 24 thousand people were killed.

According to the United Nations, more than 24,000 people have lost their lives so far in the conflict, but the activists say that the actual number is likely to be much more than this. This atrocities against homeless citizens, women, children and support workers are violated to international human rights and require immediate attention.

The United Nations has strongly condemned the incident and called for immediate steps to protect innocent civilians in the ongoing civil war in Sudan.
