Noida: A shocking incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Noida. A software engineer who had occupied an Oyo room with his girlfriend in Sector 27 of Noida died by suicide on Thursday. Reportedly, when the man hanged himself from a fan, his girlfriend was in the bathroom. The deceased has been identified as Umesh Singh.
Umesh’s Girlfriend said that he hanged himself while she was in the bathroom. When she came out of the bathroom, she saw him and raised an alarm. After this, there was a commotion in the hotel, the hotel staff informed the police about the incident.
Police took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. No suicide note has been found near the deceased. Police are investigating the matter.
