Hamirpur, September 28 (H.S.). Surjit Thakur, convenor of Dev Bhoomi Sangharsh Samiti Hamirpur, has called upon the Central Government to abolish the Waqf Board and to close the land jihad in the name of mausoleums and illegal mosques at various places in the district. Addressing the protest in Hamirpur in a series of protests organized by the Sangharsh Samiti across the state, Thakur said that the whole country is stricken by the warm war by the jihadi mentality today. Somewhere this love jihad, somewhere land jihad, spitting jihad are trying to harass Hindu Sanatani society in one way or the other. He said that this undisclosed war is not going to run long, Hindu society has now stood up for the fight for its rights.
The protest started from Bhota Chowk in Hamirpur at Gandhi Chowk where the leading leaders and saints of Hindu society refracted it.
Thakur said that if the Hindu knows to accept the people of other opinions, then it also comes to symbolize.
