The Department of Business Management and Entrepreneurship of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University is MSME Awareness program was organized on the subject of Gender Diversity in Bank on Saturday, on the conclusion of the Management Development Program being run by the Management Development Program. The main speaker of this program was Shraddha Thakur, General Manager (Human Resource Development) of the Reserve Bank of India. He said that the number of women in high positions in India is still limited. Everyone has to be made aware about this number. He informed the students about the services being provided by the Reserve Bank of India and made them aware of the digital banking services being used currently. Apart from this, while discussing the cybercrime happening through digital banking, he also introduced the method of disposal through the Banking Lokpal.
In the program, Akanksha Gupta said that the Reserve Bank of India is committed to the selection of women. Right now the number of women in the service sector is quite low, which can be balanced by choosing services on maximum priority of female candidates. He said that at present, various schemes are being operated by the Reserve Bank of India to financially educate every community. Apart from this, he introduced the facilities being provided by the Reserve Bank to women personnel. The program was conducted by Dr. Mahendra Pal Singh and thanks to Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Pandey. Dr. Ramjit Singh Yadav, Dr. Priyanka Singh, Dr. Sris Asthana, Dr. Nimish Mishra and others were present on the occasion.
