Swami Ramdev Announces Merger Of Divya Yog Mandir Ram Mulakh Darbar With Patanjali Yogpeeth On Ram Navami |

Haridwar, April 06: On the sacred occasion of Ram Navami today, Divya Yog Mandir (Trust), Kripalu Bagh Ashram, and Divya Yog Mandir Rammulakh Darbar became one. Divya Yog Mandir Ram Mulakh Darbar has merged into Patanjali Yogpeeth. This information was given by Patanjali Yogpeeth’s founder-president Swami Ramdev in a press conference. On this occasion, Acharya Balkrishna and Yoga Acharya Swami Lal Ji Maharaj were also present.

On this occasion, Swami Ramdev said that thirty years ago, after adopting renunciation, we named our institution Divya Yog Mandir (Trust). Later, we came to know that Yogeshwar Swami Ram Lal Ji’s institution Divya Yog Mandir Rammulakh Darbar already existed. It is a wonderful coincidence that today both institutions have become one. To keep the tradition of Yoga intact, Yoga Acharya Swami Lal Ji Maharaj has offered this dedication to Patanjali Yogpeeth on the sacred occasion of Ram Navami.

Swamiji said that Ram is our nation, our religion, our culture, our fundamental nature, and our ideal of conduct. In our body and mind, in life, in every pore, may the discipline of Ram, the love and compassion of Ram, the nationalism, spirituality, humanism, and egalitarianism of Ram be established. Our nation should become such that no sick, sad, or poor person exists, and no human being harbors any kind of hatred or enmity. Only then can Ram Rajya be established.

Regarding the lifting of the ban on the Ram Navami procession in West Bengal, Swamiji said that such restrictions are politically motivated and imposed for vote-bank polarization. There should be no restrictions on religious festivals like Ram Navami, Janmashtami, or Eid. India is a country of Sanatan Dharma, a country of Ram, Krishna, Hanuman, and Shiva. Everyone is respected here. No one should hate anyone. Hindutva does not hate anyone. Muslims too should follow their faith and religion, but they also know that Ram is their ancestor as well.

In response to a question about the Waqf Law, Swami Ramdev said that in the entire India, there is one Constitution and one law equally for Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Jains, and Buddhists. The enactment of the Waqf Law will strengthen this system. If the Waqf Law is not enacted, then people from different communities across the country will demand the creation of separate boards. He said that some political parties are opposing the Waqf Law for the sake of vote-bank politics. Swami Ramdev also supported the renaming of villages by the Uttarakhand government.

On this occasion, Patanjali Yogpeeth’s General Secretary Acharya Balkrishna, while extending Ram Navami greetings to all countrymen, said that may Lord Ram be awakened in our lives, energy, service activities, and emotions so that we may unite with mutual harmony to carry out national service and creative works.

Yoga Acharya Swami Lal Ji Maharaj said that Swami Yogeshwar Mahaprabhu Ram Lal Ji Maharaj was a divine incarnation who simplified and spread Yoga throughout his life. He shaped Yoga Dharma according to the spirit of the era. He said that the work Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj has done to establish Yoga in every household has never been done by anyone before and will not be done by anyone in the future.
