If you also want to eat something mild, tasty and healthy, then Sama-Sabudana Dhokla is a great option. This is not only wonderful in taste, but it will also give you the day -long energy. Let’s know the easy recipe to make it.
Material required to make Sama-Sabudana Dhokla:
For batter:

1 cup

4 cup sago
-
½ inch ginger
-
2-3 green chillies
-
½ tsp cumin seeds
-
1 tbsp oil
-
Rock salt
-
½ cup yogurt
-
1 packet eno
For tempering:
-
1 tbsp oil
-
½ tsp cumin seeds
-
A handful of curry leaves
-
1-2 green chillies (cut from the middle)
Method of preparation:
Wash and soak sago and soak:

Wash Sama and Sago thoroughly and soak them in water for 30-40 minutes so that they swell.
Prepare the batter:

Put the soaked Sama and Sago in the mixer.

Add ginger, green chillies, cumin, rock salt and curd to it.

Blend everything until a smooth paste is made.

Now add 1 tbsp of oil and mix it again.

Remove the prepared batter in a vessel and add eno in it and mix it lightly.
Steam:

Apply oil in a dhokla mold and put the batter.

Cook it in a steamer for 15-20 minutes.

Put toothpick and check, if it comes out clean then Dhokla is ready.

Remove it and let it cool down.
Apply tempering:

Heat oil or ghee in a pan.

Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and chopped green chillies and prepare the tempering.

Pour this tempering over the prepared dhokla.
Serve:

After cooling, cut the dhokla into pieces.

Serve it hot with fasting chutney.
