Drought conditions have arisen in Pakistan. In this situation, a dispute over water issue has arisen in Punjab and Sindh provinces. Protests are taking place in Sindh province to get Punjab a large part of the Indus river water. The government’s irresponsibility for water crisis in Pakistan is being blamed. The Pakistan Meteorological Department has said that water crisis has arisen in four major provinces of the country this year.
Serious water crisis in Pakistan
A warning has been issued in Pakistan regarding the water crisis. Now Punjab and Sindh province have come face to face on this issue. There is a dispute over the water of the Indus River in both the provinces. Because Punjab has been given a large part of the Indus river water. On the other hand, a small part of the river water has been allocated to Sindh province. There is a government of PMLN in Punjab. And there is Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Sharif Chief Minister. So, Bilawal Bhutto government is working in Sindh province. And Murad Ali Shah is the Chief Minister there. The matter increased so much that people from both sides pulled swords against each other. Neither the people of Maryam Sharif nor the people of Bilawal Bhutto are ready to see any decline on the water issue. Now it seems as if the water has provoked the fire of enmity.
