Nifty broke 23500 support level
NSE Nifty closed down by 300 points after opening at 23700 today. Which finally closed at 23486.85 with a decline of 181.80 points. Today, 187 shares on NSE reached a low of the year. The closure of the Nifty below 23500 has increased the clouds of uncertainty among investors.
414 Bottom Circuit 157 Upper Circuit
Today the market trend in BSE was seen negative. Out of a total of 4143 shares, 919 shares were in rise and 3115 shares closed down. 281 stocks reached the lowest level of the year amidst overall selling. Capital goods in regional indices closed up 0.05 percent. Apart from this, all index remained closed in red mark. Banckes closed 1.08 percent, PSU 1.35 percent, energy 1.29 percent, oil and gas below 1.52 percent.
There is no clarity yet on the implementation of mutual tariffs by the US from 2 April. Due to which investors have been seen making profits. Trump had earlier said that the date of implementation of mutual tariffs can be extended forward, as April 2 is liberation day. There can also be indications that some improvements will be implemented.
