Chahal and Dhanashree remained separate for two and a half years.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma were living separately for two and a half years. They were not living together since June 2022. And both were busy with their respective work. The High Court has approved the matter and said that the Chahal couple are no longer living together. And filed a petition for divorce by mutual consent. There has been a mutual agreement between the two about maintenance. Under this, Yuzvendra Chahal will give Rs 4.75 crore to Dhanashree Verma. According to the family court, he has already paid Rs 2.37 crore from it. According to the High Court, according to the agreement between the two, the second install of maintenance will have to be given only after the order of divorce.
