GATE Results 2025: The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Roorkee will announce the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, GATE results today, March 19, 2025. Candidates who took the Aptitude Test can check and download the GATE Results 2025 at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
To access the GATE Results 2025, applicants will need to provide their login credentials like their application/enrollment number and password on the website. The applicants will be able to view their scores, qualification status (pass/fail), subject-wise cut-off marks, category-wise cut-off, and other information relevant to them.
Between March 28 and May 31, 2025, the candidates can obtain their GATE 2025 scorecards. The GATE 2025 scorecard will remain valid for three years from the date of the declaration of the result.
The provisional answer key for GATE 2025 was released on February 27 and the objection window ended on March 1. The final answer key is likely to be released along with the results. The GATE 2025 was conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 in computer-based test (CBT) mode in two sessions a day: the forenoon session between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and the afternoon session between 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm.
A valid GATE score is valid for several uses, like entry to M.Tech, M.S., and M.Sc programmes in engineering, technology, and science in premier colleges such as IITs, IISc, and NITs; availing financial assistance for post-graduation through scholarships and fellowships; and eligibility for PSU recruitment, where firms use GATE scores to evaluate applicants’ technical proficiency and knowledge.

Step 2: On the home page visit the candidate’s login portal
Step 3: A new window will open on the screen and candidates will need to fill in the login credentials like application/enrollment number and password on the portal
