Panvel municipal corporation will commence with the admission process for its Junior KG. The admission for the academic year 2025-2026 will commence on March 24. The English-medium school was established by the Panvel Municipal Corporation in 2022 at Loknete D.B. Patil School.
This is the fourth year of the civic body running the school. “For this academic year, the Junior KG class will have a capacity of 40 students (20 boys and 20 girls). Priority will be given to students residing within the jurisdiction of Panvel Municipal Corporation,” informed an official.
Last date for admission form submission: April 9, 2025
Children eligible for Junior KG admission must be born between July 1, 2020, and December 31, 2021. The minimum age as of December 31, 2025, should be 4 years, and the maximum age should be 5 years and 5 months.
For seeking admission there are specific documents to be given. “Child’s birth certificate, Aadhaar card, Parent’s Aadhaar card/Voter ID, Income certificate from the Tehsildar (for annual income below ₹1 lakh)
Proof of residence including either Residential certificate, Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Water bill, Ration card, Driving license, Passbook from a nationalized bank are to be provided,” informed the officer.
Additionally photocopy of the child’s birth certificate and the parent’s residence proof must be provided when collecting the admission form. Timings for form distribution and submission will be between 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
