Madhya Pradesh: Horrific Truck Collision On Bhopal-Indore Bypass, 1 Dead, 2 Injured | Representative Image
Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A tragic accident was reported on Indore-Bhopal Bypass near Tejaji Nagar area when three trucks collided late on Monday night. One of the truck drivers was crushed to death in the cabin while others two got trapped inside the trucks and sustained severe injuries.
According to the Tejaji Nagar Police station the accident happened when the leading truck applied sudden breaks causing two following trucks to crash into each other. The driver of the truck Devi Singh (40) son of Baghchand and a resident of Berasia, Bhopal was trapped inside the cabin of the truck and died on the spot.
Other two drivers were rushed to MY Hospital
While the other drivers identified as Mohammad Farooq son of Shaan and his co-driver Sharda son of Elopan , both from Tamil Nadu were transporting goods from Rajasthan to Tamil Nadu while they met with the accident. Both of them sustained injuries and fractured their legs, They were immediately rushed to MY hospital in Indore by the cops.
The police took Farooq’s statement. In which He stated that the truck running ahead of Devisingh had carelessly applied sudden brakes. Devisingh tried to stop abruptly but unable to halt in time. Farooq’s truck rammed Devi Singh’s truck from behind. In which Devisingh died due to suffocation in the cabin.
