Ed (Enforcement Directorate) has taken action against OSF (Open Society Foundation) and its affiliated organizations supported by US billionaire George Soros. The ED raided OSF and its affiliated complexes in Bangalore on Tuesday (March 18). These raids were killed on charges of violation of FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) Act.

Alleged fema violation

According to the information received, the ED has raided the OSF and some other international human rights organizations for violation of the FEMA law. OSF is an organization supported by American businessman George Soros. It has been alleged that the OSF has funded several organizations and violated the FEMA Act guidelines in the use of this funding. It is noteworthy that the OSF has not yet issued any statement on ED’s action.

 

George Soros serious allegations

Hungarian-American George Soros and his organization OSF have been accused of working against India’s interests. The role of George Soros in the Adani-Hindenberg case was also raised serious questions. George Soros started the OSF in 1999. The ruling party people have alleged that the Congress party is trying to destabilize the party with the help of George Soros. George Soros is one of the richest people in the world and his total assets are $ 7.2 billion or 61 thousand crores.

George Soros surrounded disputes in India

US billionaire George Soros has been accused of using his money and influence to influence politics and for change of power. In 2020, he announced a $ 1 billion financing for a new university network to combat the spread of nationalism. He has also criticized Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Donald Trump. In 2020, Soros criticized the Modi government while addressing a program of WEF (World Economic Forum) in Davos and said that nationalism is increasing and this is the biggest setback for India.

 

Then in February the same year, George Soros raised a controversy in India after his comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Adani-Hindenburg issue. Former Union Minister Smriti Irani retaliated on Soros, saying that billionaires Soros are trying to weaken India’s democratic process.
