CSBC Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025: The Central Selection Board of Constable, CSBC has commenced the application process for the Bihar Police Constable posts today, March 18, 2025. The last date to apply for this recruitment exam will be April 18, 2025. Interested individuals can apply online at csbc.bihar.gov.in for the position of Constable for the Bihar Police and Bihar Special Armed Police.

This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 19,838 vacant posts in the organisation. Which has 6,717 spots set aside for female applicants.

Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Application Fees

In order to apply for the Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025, Candidates from the SC/ST reservation category, transgender candidates, and female candidates from all categories who are state natives will have to pay Rs 180 as application fees. The application fee for aspirants in other categories will be Rs 675.

CSBC Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have passed the Class 12 or Intermediate examination, or a Maulvi degree from the Bihar Mararsa Board, or a Shastri/Acharya degree (with English), or an equivalent degree.

CSBC Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of two stages:

First Stage: Written Test

The board will administer a written test for a hundred marks. Candidates will get 2 hours to attempt the question paper. Candidates will get 100 objective-type questions. One mark for each question will be allocated.

Second Stage: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Applicants will appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The board will shortlist candidates based on merit, five times the number of available positions.
