Oscar winner singer AR Rahman’s health was worried about his sudden deteriorating health during Ramadan. According to reports, he was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai on 16 March. The medical bulletin of Apollo Hospital told that Rahman had a problem of neck pain and dehydration. However, his position is currently stable and has been discharged from the hospital.

Keep water together while getting out of the house –
While going in the sun, take a bottle of water with a bottle and drink lemonade or coconut water in between.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol –
Reduce intake of dehydration enhanced beverages like tea, coffee and alcohol.
