RJD MLA Tej Pratap Yadav has once again been engulfed in controversies in Bihar. On the occasion of Holi, he not only ran a helmet scooty, but also ordered a policeman to dance. Now Patna Police has decided to take strict action on this.
Challan on running a helmet scooty
Tej Pratap Yadav was seen running a helmet scooty on the streets of Patna.
He reached the Chief Minister’s residence directly while driving Scooty and said – “A Palatu Chacha, Happy Holi!”
The video of this incident went viral on social media.
Patna Traffic Police cut the challan of ₹ 4000 of Tej Pratap Yadav for violation of traffic rules.
Scooty was not insured, for which a separate challan has been issued.

Action on the policeman to get a dance
On March 15, there was a Holi Milan ceremony at Tej Pratap’s residence.
Tej Pratap Yadav ordered a uniformed policeman from the stage – “Thumka, otherwise you will suspend!”
The policeman hesitated his hand, but Tej Pratap Yadav continued to threaten him.
After the video went viral, Patna’s SSP Holiday Kumar took cognizance of the case.
Tej Pratap’s bodyguard Deepak Kumar was sent to the police line, and another security personnel was replaced.
BJP attacked Tej Pratap
BJP spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala criticized Tej Pratap Yadav’s actions.
He said – “Like a father, like a son!” Lalu Yadav made Bihar a jungle raj and now his son is engaged in dancing to the guardians of the law. “
“If the RJD comes to power even by mistake, then the laws will fly.”

Tej Pratap Yadav gave a clarification and said – “Don’t mind Holi!”
He also reminded his father Lalu Yadav’s “tearing Holi” and tore the clothes of supporters.
What does the law say?
The challan is completely valid when running a helmet scooty.
It is considered an insult to the uniform.
