Trump had claimed that many members of this gang had illegally entered the US and are plotting against the country.

Shortly after Trump’s order, Colombia Chief Justice James E. Boseberg directed to immediately stop it.
- He temporarily stopped the exile of 5 Venezuelai citizens.
- During the hearing, he said:
“I don’t think I can wait anymore. I need to take immediate action. “

- Therefore, the Trump administration wants the decision to be reversed.

- Trump’s proposal to eliminate Barthright Citizenship (citizenship based on birth) is also pending in the court.
- Recently, the court is also considering the Trump administration’s decision to deport the Palestinian student Mahmood Khalil, who led the anti -Israeli protests.
