Tilak Nagar Mumbai Public School hosted its Annual Day celebration with the theme “Unity in Diversity.” The event was attended by Chief Guest Ms Priyanka Khade, PSI, Tilak Nagar Police Station, and Beat Officer Shaikh Iqbal Rehamatulla. Principal Mr Rukmaji Pandhare addressed the gathering, emphasising the importance of unity in a diverse country like India.
The programme featured cultural performances that highlighted India’s rich heritage. Students, dressed in traditional attire, presented dance routines representing various Indian states. These performances reflected the theme by showcasing the diversity of traditions across the country.
A prize distribution ceremony was held to honour students for their achievements in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities. Ms Priyanka Khade and Shaikh Iqbal Rehamatulla presented the awards, motivating students to continue striving for excellence. In addition, teachers were recognised for their dedication and contributions throughout the academic year.
Special recognition was given to two students of the year for their outstanding performance and contributions to the school. Their achievements were celebrated as an inspiration for their peers.
